Today I went on a little shopping spree in preparation for my upcoming shopping trips. I got a proper rain jacket, some strong wool socks, a collapsible hiking pole, and a cute long sleeved shirt that on the front says ‘TROUBLE EVERYDAY’. I thought it was fitting because this Chengdu trip we are planning for April will take us up a 3,099 metre holy mountain over the space of two days, and quite frankly, although we are all gung-ho about going, being sedentary workers, I am a bit worried it might be tough!

Anyway, so I got home and was looking at my purchases. I picked up my ‘TROUBLE EVERYDAY’ shirt, and turned it over to look at the back (which I hadn’t done in the street market), and got quite a shock!

What a pleasant surprise!

This makes me love the shirt even more.

Thank heavens for Chinglish… it never ceases to entertain me.
